The Trine University Scholarship Gala is the university’s largest annual fundraising event that supports scholarships for students, ensuring access to quality education and opportunities for success.

What is the cost of a ticket?
Individual tickets are $150.00. Sponsorship packages are also available starting at $1,000.00.

Is my ticket or sponsorship tax-deductible?
A portion of your ticket or sponsorship is considered charitable.
Event Activities and Program
Who is the keynote speaker or featured guest?
This year’s featured speaker is currently being determined.
What is included in the evening's program?
The evening will include a formal dinner, live entertainment, silent and live auctions, and a keynote address.
About the Dining Experience
What kind of meal will be served?
Guests will enjoy a plated three-course dinner crafted by Bon Appetit. The menu will feature a seasonal salad, a choice of entrée - beef, or vegetarian, and a decadent dessert.
Will there be a paired wine tasting?
Specially curated wine tasting will be available.
Will there be a full bar available?
Yes, a full bar will be available throughout the evening, offering a variety of premium wines, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please let us know your requirements when purchasing tickets.
Will there be a live auction?
Yes, there will be a live auction featuring exclusive items and experiences. Proceeds benefit student scholarships.
What type of entertainment will there be?
Entertainment will include music by the Trine University music ensemble.

Where should I park?
Complimentary parking is available at the ARC. Valet service will also be offered.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 5 pm, with the program beginning promptly at 6 pm.

What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another guest.
